The service was excellent as I needed to contact Gen Tux regarding my fit. The suit came in great condition and held up well traveling in a garment bag to another country. As suggested, I just needed it to hang to get the few wrinkles out. Suit was extremely comfortable. Even though the pants have a stretch factor, I thought I needed the next size up. When I received it the fit was too big so I wore my original pair of pants. I really need ed an in-between size but was still comfortable enough.
